At Smithfield United Church of Christ, we like having a good time and spreading a little joy around us.  From our annual downtown summer camps for kids to our seasonal festivals and the Smithfield Street Theater's regular theatrical plays, there is always something to get involved with or just attend for fun.  For a quick overview of upcoming events, be sure to check our calendar page.

Church Happenings

Even though the church remains closed due to the Coronavirus outbreak, our extravagant hospitality and fellowship continues throughout the community.

Rebecca Senkowicz delivered more than 5000 packets of hot cocoa to the Allegheny County Jail, just in time for the holidays.

The Women's Fellowship made over 220 hats for the homeless. The hats were recently blessed by Rev. Patterson and will be distributed throughout the area, including to residents of the winter shelter.
