Music-making and outdoor adventures are in store for the youth group members, who are planning special events for this spring and summer.

Bad winter weather forced the cancellation of the March 8 workshop on gospel music, to have been led by Matt Byars, director of music at Mount Zion Baptist Church in South Park. Efforts are being made to reschedule it.

This year's summer camp will be August 10-13 at Jumonville and will feature a ropes course, outdoor fun, and friendship. Watch for a special camp "fun"-raiser event in May!

Looking back:

It may take only two to tango, but it takes the whole Smithfield youth group to dance the afternoon away!
