Our worship and study this Lenten season centers on the spiritual practices of silence, hospitality, charity, health, play, and expression. There is a spiritual practice for each of the 6 weeks of Lent before Palm Sunday and Easter.

To help adults and children alike better understand and participate in these spiritual practices in their daily lives, our Minister of Education, Liddy, and her assistants Greg and Regina, led the participants in creating Lenten calendars.

Each family creatively individualized their personal calendars.

 

And some folks worked in pairs and alone.

Creating a Lenten calendar was a greater challenge for those working alone and those with preschoolers. But they happily took home with them the necessary supplies to complete their work.
